Alluvi Health – Shipping Policy (UK & International)
This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed on alluvihealth.com are processed, dispatched, and delivered.
1. Dispatch Times
Orders placed and fully paid for before 3:00pm (UK time) on working days are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day
- Dispatch times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to operational factors
2. Shipping Carriers
We use reputable tracked and signed-for courier services, including:
- Royal Mail
- DPD
- UPS
- DCL
Carrier selection is based on destination, parcel size, and service availability.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
3. Delivery Timeframes
UK Orders
- Typically delivered next working day after dispatch
International Orders
- Estimated delivery within 3–10 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Please note: delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and parcel weight
- Any applicable shipping promotions (including free delivery offers) will be clearly displayed at checkout
5. Order Tracking
All shipments are fully trackable.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order leaves our fulfilment facility
- It is your responsibility to monitor shipment progress using the tracking details provided
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful:
- The courier may attempt redelivery or leave a calling card
- You are responsible for arranging redelivery or collection directly with the courier
Failure to respond to delivery attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT
- These charges are not included in product or shipping costs
Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of the expected delivery date.
